The President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, received today Ivan Djeparoski, Ljupco Mitkovski and Ljubomir Gajdov, representatives of the Institute of Philosophy and the Philosophical Society.

The interlocutors informed President Pendarovski on their problems and challenges, the initiatives and current projects to overcome them, as well as the vision and strategy for reform, affirmation and promotion of the philosophical education.

The meeting emphasized that philosophy teaches young people to think methodically and introduces them to moral and aesthetic values.

President Pendarovski stressed the need to further nurture the creative expression, as well as the need to foster critical and philosophical thought, as a significant benefit and one of the basic preconditions for developing the democratic capacity of all societies.
